Welcome to the Radisson Woodlands Hotel Flagstaff

Flagstaff's premier full-service hotel located just a mile from NAU campus and charming downtown, featuring free wi-fi and newly upgraded guestrooms. Though walking distance from the conveniences of the city, the Radisson is just off of old Rte 66 surrounded by pines making for a peaceful atmosphere and is minutes from outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, golf, skiing at nearby Arizona Snowbowl, the Nordic Center or snow-playing at Wing Mountain. Radisson's own comfortable Sleep Number Beds make for a perfect nights rest after taking advantage of all of the nearby attractions Northern Arizona has to offer. Relax in the inviting lobby near the fireplace then enjoy dinner at either Woolands Cafe or, local favorite, Sakura Sushi & Teppanyaki. Sakura offers a unique dining experience where sushi or teppan chefs make your dinner to order with a flair all their own. For a more casual dining experience, the Woodlands Cafe is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as room service. ...read more

"Gracious" staffers treat everyone "like they're special" (they "warmed my baby's food at the front desk") at this hideaway "slightly off the beaten path" but convenient for skiing or trendy shopping in old Flagstaff; patrons praise the "appealing lobby", the "teppanyaki show" at the Japanese restaurant and the special "sound- and lightproof" rooms with woodland views and "upscale" duvet bedding; but a portion pooh-pooh the quarters as "nothing special" and complain about noise from "heaters cutting off and on during the night."

New.
Noisy A/C heater, noise from other rooms, vending down.

It is not what I had expected. Room was airy, noisy when AC/heater turned on, noise from other rooms bad, for ice/vending down had to walk far to get ice.

One of the nicest in Flagstaff.
Access in and out of the building was few and far between. But its only a three star, so it was just fine for the price.

This was a spur of the moment trip. We went to Flagstaff to take the kids snowboarding

and skiing. The hotel was perfect for our needs. There was also great access to grocery stores which is a huge plus when traveling with children. ...read more

We loved the comfortable beds and the generous-size bathroom.
I did not enjoy the thin walls. I could hear kids jumping on beds next door and running in the hall.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, however the only disappointing factor was the thin walls. I did not get much sleep due to the children jumping on beds next door and running in halls.

We liked the location, no train or freeway noise.
The air conditioner/heater was very loud.

We enjoyed our stay. Better than we expected. We liked the location - it was close to everything but off the main street so there was less traffic and it was quieter. It was clean, attractive and comfortable. ...read more

The bed was comfortable and the hotel had a classy feel to it.
Nothing.

This hotel was above my expectations for a 3 star hotel. Walking into the lobby to check in, it felt like I was in for a treat. What amazed me was the connection between the front and the back building. The lifts were a little old, however, the rooms made up for it. The spacious room with 2 queen beds was definitely more than enough for me, being single. The part that impressed me was the variable hardness bed which you could set with a remote. ...read more
